Home Inspections

A walk through with clients looking at the different systems of a house which include:

WETT Inspections (Wood Burning Appliances)

Inspects wood burning appliances to determine if they meet current safety standards, including chimney and clearances.

A written report is provided.

Indoor Air Quality and Infrared Imaging

Aersol cassettes are used to get air samples and a report from EMS Laboratories is provided.

FLIR camera can detect air leakage.

Energy Audits

Energy Audits are required to access Greener Homes , Enbridge grants through NRCan
