Ray Guay

Another Look Home Inspections opened its doors in 2014 with the goal to provide Bruce, Huron, Perth and Huron Counties with thorough, high quality and reliable Home Inspections, WETT (Wood Energy Technology Transfer) inspections and Energy Audits.
Trained and certified by the Carson Dunlop and the WETT training program, Ray is a Registered Home Inspector and member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors,   In 2021, Ray completed the certification process through NRCan to become a Registered Energy Auditor.  He works through the service organization,  NRGWise out of London.
Ray is also a licensed HVAC mechanic.
Ray has up to date Natural Gas, Propane and Oil Qualifications.
Ray brings almost 40 years of experience in the heating, air conditioning and plumbing industry with the installation and maintenance of residential and commercial propane, natural gas, oil, electric, boiler and ground source heating systems, heat pumps and air conditioning units.
